1. Definitions

For the scope of these Terms and Conditions: "Services" refers to digital journalism, newsletter dispatches, subscriber portals and resources hosted by Skyward Standard. "User" / "You" refers to visitors accessing our page. "Company" and "Responsible Party" refer specifically to Skyward Standard Journalism Ltd.

2. Authorized Use of This Web Service

Users must be at least 18 years of age or enjoy licensed supervision of legal guardians. You agree to utilize current portal streams solely for legal, objective, non-disruptive, and non-commercial exploration targets. Automated screen scraping or data mining is forbidden.

3. Editorial Integrity & Services Scope

All content pieces and comments represent opinion pieces, investigative articles or public record briefs compiled in alignment with independent reporting. We reserve absolute rights to amend and update published materials without prior notification.

4. Subscription Memberships & Payments

Optional supporting subscriptions run under automatic recurring terms. We outline clear prices in South African Rand (ZAR) or equivalent international standards. All recurring premium billings can be revoked before local expiration dates inside user dashboards.

5. Client Obligations

When providing story tips, contact request parameters or feedback, you promise to supply completely accurate identity assets and valid credentials. Feeding mock coordinates, fake numbers, or identical placeholder units (000/123 sequence patterns) will invalidate submission routing.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

The layout designs, visual layouts, editorial columns, inline SVG illustrations, custom icon formats and written reports published here belong solely to the Company under global copyright law. Unauthorized copying is prosecuted.

7. Limitation of Liabilities & "As-Is" Terms

Content pieces are provided strictly "As Available". Skyward Standard grants no warranties, express or implied, including commercial fitness or direct accuracy. Under no rules of law shall we be held responsible for accidental web downtime, loss of data, or subjective reading conclusions.

8. Legal Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This entire agreement and individual reading activities are governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any resulting disputes or claims are subject to the local courts in Johannesburg.
